A single parent from Valenzuela City attends the seminar for the preparation of DOLE’s - Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers or TUPAD. With the help of the City Government of Valenzuela - Public Employment Services Office (PESO), same 562 single parents will be assigned as street sweepers starting August 27 until September 5, 2022 from 8:00AM – 12:00NN and will earn a daily minimum wage of PhP 570. The City Government of Valenzuela - Public Employment Services Office (PESO) in partnership with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) starts another Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers or TUPAD for single parents at the Amphitheatre, on August 25, 2022. TUPAD employees will be doing street sweeping for ten days from August 27 to September 5, 2022. They will be given a minimum wage salary that can be claimed through money remittance service provider to ensure standard application across all regions in terms of mechanics and service fee costs.
